Manufacturing Support Designer
Playworld Systems, Inc., an international manufacturer of playground and recreation equipment, is looking for a Manufacturing Support Designer for its Engineering Department. Job responsibilities are to provide Engineering expertise to enhance improvements to the manufacturing process. Support Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing by resolving problems related to Quality, using Pro-Engineer to create models and drawings. Support Manufacturing by designing and building fixtures and jigs.
Candidates must possess an Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Tool and Design or equivalent experience is preferred. The successful candidate must have a background in Trigonometry, Geometry and Algebra. Candidates must be computer literate, and have a strong knowledge of C.A.D.
