Payroll/Accounting Specialist
Playworld Systems, Inc., an international manufacturer of recreation equipment, is looking for a detailed-oriented individual to perform weekly payroll processing and assisting with general and inter-company accounting functions.
A qualified candidate will have a BS or BA in accounting, a minimum of 3 years experience in payroll processing, working knowledge of ADP payroll systems, understanding of payroll tax regulations, employee related regulatory filings and be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Candidate will also be responsible for preparation of journal entries and reconciling payroll and tax ledger accounts and W-2’s. Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, are self-reliant, and discrete.
